Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tau Capital plc (the "Company") has today received notification from Richard Horlick, a non-executive director of the Company, that under agreement with UBS AG, he has sold 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his pension fund (Standard Life re Mr Richard Horlick) at USD 0.3875 per share representing 0.84% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following this transaction Mr Horlicks' interest remains 9.48% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and voting rights of the Company.
