Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that on 11 August 2011 the following nil-cost options over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia Investments 2011 Performance Share Scheme (the "2011 Scheme"). The company's share price used to determine the number of options granted was 1545p.
