NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 18 September 2012, Helen Langlands, the wife of Allister G Langlands a Director of the Company sold 250,000 shares being 0.067% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a sale price of £8.41 per share, such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange.
Mrs Langlands is a connected person of Mr Langlands for the purposes of DTR 3.1.2R.
Following the transaction, Mrs Langlands holds 434,323 ordinary shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Langlands holds 458,199 ordinary shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company of which 68,743 shares are held with a beneficial interest only and holds 40,000 share options.
The Company's issued capital consists of 371,275,384 ordinary shares with voting rights.
