David Thomas, Group Finance Director, acquires further shares
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company") was notified on 12 May 2010 that, David Thomas, Group Finance Director, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares (0.0021% of the Company's issued share capital) in the Company at a price of £1.238 per share, in London, on 12 May 2010.
Following the above purchase, David Thomas holds 136,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company representing 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
