LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC ("GROUP") - NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY CONNECTED PERSON OF A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDINARY SHARES OF THE GROUP OF 10P EACH ("SHARES")

On 28 March 2012, the Company was notified that on the same day Mrs Ann Nicholson, a connected person of Mr David Nicholson, sold 70,000 Shares at 34.38 pence per Share.

This announcement is made pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4. The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
