Director's Dealings
Following the clarification issued on 9 January 2009 by the FSA, in its role as the UK Listing Authority, relating to disclosure obligations in respect of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), such as directors, and their connected persons, who grant security over their shareholdings, the Board has undertaken a review of all shareholdings to identify any that fall under this clarification.
On 14 January 2009, the Company received notification from Peter Nutting, the Chairman of the Company, that since November 2003, 80,000 shares have been held in Mr Nutting's interavailable deposit at Lloyd's and represent part of the assets which support the underwriting of North Breache Underwriting Limited, a company which underwrites at Lloyds, and is owned by Mr Nutting and his wife.
