Long-Term Incentive Plan
The following conditional share awards over BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence each were made on 12 March 2015 to the directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities listed below. The conditional share awards were made under the BBA 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan.

The following conditional share awards over BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916/21 pence each were made under the terms of the Company's 2006 Deferred Bonus Plan to the individuals listed below, on 13 March 2015:
