The Company has been informed by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Daily Mail and General Trust 2010 Share Incentive Plan, that Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility purchased A Ordinary Non-Voting shares in the Company under the Plan on 7 July 2016 at a price of £5.81 per share as follows:
