Stagecoach Group PLC06 January 2006 Exercise of Executive Share Options Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the followingtransactions in the securities of the Company by persons discharging managerialresponsibility. The transactions have been notified in accordance withDisclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
