Man Group plc29 November 2007 Notification of Transaction under DR 3.1.4R (1)(a) and Section 328 Companies Act1985 On 29th November 2007, the E D & F Man Executive Retirement Fund, a trust ofwhich Mr Stanley Fink, non-executive Deputy Chairman is both a trustee and abeneficiary, sold on behalf of Mr Kevin Davis, a former executive director ofMan Group plc, 669,375 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each in Man Group plc,at a price of 546.9953 pence per share.
