Informa plc (the "Company") - Director's Dealing and Shareholding
Further to the announcement made on 27 May 2009, the Company has been notified that there has been an administrative error in processing Mr Derek Mapp's rights issue take-up application, such that the application was not processed in full.
In order to correct the error, Mr Mapp has today purchased 22,538 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 233.50 pence per share. The Company confirms that, as a result of that transaction, Mr Mapp has a total holding of 84,693 ordinary shares in the Company being 0.014 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
