Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited, has asubstantial indirect interest in Supernova. Guy Naggar, Frank Oppenheim and Kevin Oppenheim, all of whom are directorsof the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Sirius Real Estate Asset Management Limited, have a substantial direct or indirect interest in Supernova.
