Keller Group plc ("the Company")
Keller Group plc was advised on 27 December 2006 that Dr Michael West, the Chairman of the Company, sold 220,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 890p per share on 27 December 2006.
Following this transaction, Dr West's holding in the ordinary shares of the Company is 1,348,000, representing 2% of the Company's issued share capital.
