Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 13 November 2012:

Mr Chris Townsend, a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited, purchased 2,500 shares at GBP 9.73p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. Chris Townsend total beneficial holding in the Company is 33,208 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.094 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of this transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
