Nature of transaction: Mr Sorour exercised options in a group share-based incentive plan that would have expired in terms of the rules of that plan after the tenth anniversary of the award, which is 28 June 2015. Mr Sorour received 13 351 Naspers N ordinary shares in settlement of the gain made on exercising the options. Mr Sorour retained the remaining 8 134 Naspers N ordinary shares.
