SHAFTESBURY CAPITAL PLC (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Following the exercise of awards within the Shaftesbury PLC Deferred Annual Share Bonus Scheme ("DASBS") and Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 3 March 2023, the awards were exchanged for shares in the Company following the completion of the all share merger of Shaftesbury PLC and Capital & Counties Properties PLC on 6 March 2023.
Chris Ward sold sufficient shares in the Company to cover tax and national insurance liabilities on 8 March 2023. The ordinary shares were sold at an average price of £1.306959 per share.
