Director/PDMR Shareholding
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, confirms that Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased 49,343 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.62 pence and Sophie Wilson, the spouse of John Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 304,617 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.22 pence.
Following the above transactions:
(i) Gary Bullard is now interested in 4,205,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.49% of the Company's issued share capital; and
(ii) John Wilson is now interested in 2,742,997 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
