Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney") the global B2B information services provider of price discovery, essential market intelligence and events, has been notified of the transfer of 972 certificated ordinary shares of the Company of 0.25 pence each to her spouse, David Grayson, a PCA, undertaken on 3rd September 2021 by Wendy Pallot, Chief Financial Officer and a PDMR of Euromoney. The aggregate shareholding of Wendy Pallot and PCAs with her remains unchanged.
