Directors' Dealings
The Company announces that on 21 and 22 November respectively the following directors' dealing took place:
Nigel Keen, Chairman purchased 5,000 shares on the open market at 199.5p per share. This represents 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital. These shares were purchased in the name of Nigel John Keen + Ms Caroline Keen + JS & P Pension Trustee. Following this transaction, Mr Keen's total shareholding now amounts to 116,580 shares, representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
Professor Michael Hughes, Non Executive Director purchased 12,216 shares on the open market at 203p per share. This represents 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this transaction, Prof Hughes' total shareholding is 12,216 shares 0.02%.
