De La Rue PLC30 June 2006 De La Rue plc's Directors' Interests De La Rue plc (the "Company") was notified today, 30 June 2006, that the De LaRue Qualifying Employee Share Ownership (the "Trust") on 30 June 2006transferred 5,012 shares of 277/9p each in the Company pursuant to the exerciseof options under the De La Rue Sharesave Scheme. The number of De La Rue plcshares now held by the Trust is 218,735, 0.1329% of the issued share capital.
