In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.2R, we have today been notified of the following transactions over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in respect of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs').
Following the automatic vesting on 22 January 2010 of awards granted under the Wolseley Restricted Share Plan (the 'RSP') on 22 January 2007, the following transactions took place yesterday by the Trustees of the RSP on behalf of each of the following PDMRs:
