PDMR Shareholding

Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business technology and services provider, was informed today of the following transaction by Stephen Wilson (a non-executive director of Xchanging): the transfer of 20,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.008% of the issued share capital of Xchanging) to Catherine Wilson (a connected person) for nil consideration. The transfer was undertaken for personal financial planning purposes.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Wilson (including those held by connected persons) remains unchanged at 53,214 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.022% of Xchanging's issued share capital.

The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 22 December 2015. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
