Director/PDMR Shareholding

Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") was notified today that Mr Robin Proctor a member of the Company's Executive Committee, sold 1,705 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 846p and 6,218 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 850.01p.

As a result, Mr Proctor now has a beneficial interest in 16,428 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
