(the "Company") DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING The Company wishes to advise that Chairman Michael Turner today exercised aSenior Executive Share Option over 53,216 `A' Ordinary 40p shares in theCompany, of which 11,660 were granted to him in July 2005 at £3.67 per share,10,040 in July 2006 at £4.98 per share, 5,589 in July 2007 at £7.51 per share,13,011 in July 2008 at £4.05 per share and 12,916 in July 2009 at £4.80 pershare. Mr Turner then sold the shares mentioned above on the London Stock Exchange at£8.70 each. This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
