Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 1 July 2010, Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 1,705 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £3.919984 per Share.
The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 29 September 2009.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.001% of the issued share capital of the
Company, Dr Watts holds 69,610 Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The above figures reflect the sub-division of the Company's issued ordinary share capital which became effective on 10 June 2010, whereby each existing ordinary share of £0.20 was subdivided into four ordinary shares of £0.05 each.
