DSG International PLC03 July 2007 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING On 2 July 2007 the Directors and PDMRs identified in the table below weregranted options by DSG international plc (the Company) over ordinary shares of2.5 pence each (Shares) in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee ShareOption Scheme (the Scheme) at an option price of 160.46 pence. Options granted under the Scheme will vest on 2 July 2010 to the extent thatcertain performance conditions are satisfied over the performance period ofthree financial years commencing 29 April 2007.
