On 30 May 2008 the Directors and PDMRs identified in the table below voluntarily lapsed share options granted by DSG international plc (the Company) over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each (Shares) in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme (the Scheme) at the option price detailed below.
