SURGICAL INNOVATIONS GROUP PLC DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Surgical Innovations Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that Mrs. J. Bowland, wife of Graham Bowland, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today transferred 1,600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each into Mr. Bowland's self-invested personal pension at a price of 4.65p per share. Following this transaction Mr. Bowland's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,217,498 ordinary shares representing 1.1 per cent. of the issued share capital.
