Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

Kingfisher plc (the "Company") notifies the market that the Company was advised on 9 September 2011 that Kevin O'Byrne (a director and PDMR of the Company) has acquired an interest in 2,591 Ordinary shares of the Company through the automatic reinvestment of the Company's dividend payment. The shares acquired on 11 July 2011 were: 299 shares at 260.08 pence per share and 2,292 shares at 260.96 pence per share.
