The Company announces that it has been informed that on 16 July 2012 James Henry Furlong, Land Director, acquired 33,627 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 107 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr. Furlong now has a beneficial interest in 1,378,897 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.79% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
