The PDMR is the beneficial owner of 327,163 Ordinary shares in the Company. 326,443 of these shares were registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee Limited.
On 5 October 2009, 326,443 shares were sold by HSBC Global Custody Nominee Limited and 326,443 shares were purchased by Bank of New York Mellon. The PDMR remains the beneficial owner of these shares.
