On 20th November, 2008, Mrs Risley exercised an option over 23,666 ordinary shares of 25p each in Lloyds TSB Group plc, which she held under the Lloyds TSB Group executive share plan 2003. After the settlement of income tax and employee national insurance contributions, she acquired 13,937 shares. The shares were acquired for nil consideration
