Wetherspoon (JD) PLC16 November 2005 JD Wetherspoon plc ("the Company") Mrs Suzanne Baker, Commercial Director, of JD Wetherspoon plc, today exercised50,000 options to subscribe to ordinary 2p shares at 127.2p per share. Mrs Bakerimmediately sold 11,800 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 306.25pper share on 16th November 2005. Mrs Baker is retaining 38,200 shares from exercise, taking her interest in thecompany to 38,377. 15th November 2005.
