On 7 June 2010, RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 27.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by the PDMRs listed below participating in the Company's all employee Sharebuild Plan (an HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan) (the "Plan").
On 4 June 2010, the dividend payable on the Partnership and Matching Shares within the Plan held by each PDMR on the record date of 5 March 2010 was reinvested to purchase Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.197 per share.
