Notification of Transactions of Directors - 2010 PSP share awards

The Company announces that the following grants of nil cost share awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan have been made on 22nd February 2010 to the following Executive Directors:

Share Awards

W. A. Oliver 282,154 shares

S. J. Burke 186,170 shares

T. P. Haywood 165,046 shares

The vesting of these Share Awards will be subject to the Company's performance over three years, starting from 1 December 2009 to 30th November 2012, measured by reference to two performance tests: Net Asset Value Growth and Absolute Total Shareholder Return. The Awards will vest on

22nd February 2013.
