The Company announces that on 10 December 2012 David Richardson, Non-executive Director, purchased 85,811 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 34.9 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Richardson has an interest in 253,616 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
