I give below details of changes in the interests of the under-mentioned person, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, in the Ordinary Shares (ORDs) of GlaxoSmithKline plc as follows:
The three-year performance period for the GlaxoSmithKline Share Option Plan award made in respect of the under-mentioned person in 2008, at an option price of £11.47 which commenced on 1 January 2008 came to an end on 31 December 2010. The whole of the original grant is exercisable.
