2012 Bonus Share Plan Awards
Awards over ordinary shares of €0.0005 under the 2012 Bonus Share Plan award have been made to the following executive directors and executives who are classified as Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility.
These awards are based on a monetary award which had already been approved by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The number of shares being awarded is based on the mid-point closing price of the share price on 8 March 2013 of 650.25p per share, being the day after the announcement of the Company's full year results. Vesting occurs in March 2014, 2015 and 2016 for all those named below except Messrs Coles and Spithout, where vesting of their shares occurs in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
