SHAREHOLDINGS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
On 1 January 2010, Robert Noel joined the Board of the Company as an Executive Director and was granted a conditional award ("the Award").
The Award was granted over 160,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
The Award was granted in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.4.2(2), in connection with the recruitment of Mr Noel as an executive director of the Company.
No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award and no consideration will be due when the award vests.
Ordinarily, the Award will vest in three tranches, as follows:

subject to the continued employment of Mr Noel.
