Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 31 January 2014 that on that day, Jon McCarthy, of LXB Adviser LLP, purchased 153,846 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.30 pence per share.

Following this transaction Jon McCarthy holds 1,219,397 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.66% of the Company's issued share capital.

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP, which includes LXB Adviser LLP, is a related party of the Company. LXB Adviser LLP is the Investment Adviser to the LXB Retail Properties Plc group. Following the above transaction, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP hold an aggregate total of 12,050,736 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 6.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
