The Go-Ahead Group plc announces that the following conditional award of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the terms of The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012 was made to the following PDMR's on Thursday 19th November 2015:

Paul Edwards - Interim Group Finance Director - 1,224

The vesting of the shares will normally take place on the third anniversary of the award date. The award is subject to normal 'good leaver' and change of control provisions during this deferral period. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.
