Directors' Share Dealings
Norcros announces that on 20 November 2008 its Group Chief Executive, Mr Joseph Matthews, purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per share. Mrs Susan Kelsall, the wife of Mr Nick Kelsall, Group Finance Director, purchased 375,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7 pence per share and Mr David Hamilton, Director and Company Secretary, also purchased 375,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7 pence per share via his self invested personal pension (SIPP) administered by IPM Pension Trustees.
Following these purchases their beneficial interests, including the beneficial holdings of their connected persons, are as follows:
