The Company has been informed that on 11 February 2013, Richard Vessey, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 142,809 ordinary shares in the Company at 81.5p to Arun Nagwaney, a former director of Plastics Capital. Following this disposal, Richard Vessey holds 2,474,607 shares, representing 8.98% of the Company's issued share capital.
