The Company announces that on 20 January 2009 the Company received notification that on 2 July 2008 Robert Adair, Chairman, entered into trust arrangements with Lloyd's of London in respect of 994,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, to provide security for insurance underwriting.
