Stanelco announces that, pursuant to the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer which it announced on 27 May 2010, the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities of Stanelco today purchased ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at the placing price of 0.125p per share.
