Carluccio's PLC07 April 2008 7 April 2008 Carluccio's PLC ("Carluccio's" or the "Company") Director's dealings The Company has today been notified of the following transaction that occurredon 5 April 2008 in respect of the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capitalof the Company. Melina Kossoff has transferred her entire holding of 2,139,890 ordinary sharesof 5p each, representing 3.8 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, toa trust of which she is the principal beneficiary. Melina Kossoff is the wife of Simon Kossoff, a director of the Company. As aresult of this transaction Simon Kossoff's interest in the ordinary shares ofthe Company remains unchanged at 2,579,990, representing 4.5% of the Company'scurrent issued share capital. There is no change in the economic interests ofthe Directors and their connected persons as a result of this transfer.
