Aggreko PLC15 April 2008 This announcement replaces the previous announcement number 4106S due to the error of the price per ordinary share which should be 614p and not 6.14p as previously stated 15 April 2008 Aggreko plc Directors' Shareholdings Aggreko plc ("the Company") has been informed that Rupert Soames, AngusCockburn, Frederick Shepherd and George Walker, directors of Aggreko, haveundertaken the following transactions and have increased their personalshareholdings in the Company: Rupert Soames has been awarded a total of 279,443 ordinary shares under theCompany's Long-Term Incentive Plan, comprising 214,957 ordinary shares under theAggreko Performance Share Plan 2005 and 64,486 ordinary shares under the AggrekoCo-investment Plan 2005. Subsequently, Mr. Soames has sold 197,008 ordinaryshares at 614p per share. Following these transactions Mr Soames' beneficialownership in the Company has increased by 29% to 370,518 ordinary shares(0.14%). Angus Cockburn has been awarded a total of 109,544 ordinary shares under theCompany's Long-Term Incentive Plan, comprising 83,594 ordinary shares under theAggreko Performance Share Plan 2005 and 25,950 ordinary shares under the AggrekoCo-investment Plan 2005. Subsequently, Mr. Cockburn has sold 77,229 ordinaryshares at 614p per share. Following these transactions Mr Cockburn's beneficialownership in the Company has increased by 29% to 142,539 ordinary shares(0.05%). Frederick Shepherd has been awarded a total of 134,349 ordinary shares under theCompany's Long-Term Incentive Plan, comprising 94,043 ordinary shares under theAggreko Performance Share Plan 2005 and 40,306 ordinary shares under the AggrekoCo-investment Plan 2005. Subsequently, Mr. Shepherd has notified the companythat he has sold 100,089 ordinary shares at 614p per share. Following thesetransactions Mr Shepherd's beneficial ownership in the Company has increased by28% to 155,328 ordinary shares (0.06%). George Walker has been awarded a total of 74,466 ordinary shares under theCompany's Long-Term Incentive Plan, comprising 74,466 ordinary shares under theAggreko Performance Share Plan 2005. Subsequently, Mr. Walker has notified thecompany that he has sold 47,081 ordinary shares at 614p per share. Followingthese transactions Mr Walker's beneficial ownership in the Company has increasedby 22% to 150,655 ordinary shares (0.06%).
