NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Group was informed on 21 September 2018 that David Downie, Non-Executive Director had purchased 10,000 ('Ordinary Shares') at 204p per Ordinary Share.The shares will be held in a SIPP for the benefit of David Downie.
Following this transaction David Downie will have a beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02 per cent of the issued share capital.
