Greene King plc announces that on 15 July the following executive directors or persons discharging managerial responsibilities acquired shares in accordance with the company's Deferred Share Bonus Scheme. The shares, details of which are set out below, were acquired at a price of 861.24p per share. They will be released to the relevant individual on 15 July 2014 unless they leave the group, other than as a good leaver, prior to that date.
