Director Dealings
On September 18, 2020, WANdisco plc (LSE: WAND, the "Company" or "WANdisco"), the Live Data company, announced that Mr. David Richards, the Company's Chairman, CEO and Co-founder advised the company that he has purchased 6,000 ordinary shares in the company for an average price of £4.05. Following the purchase, Mr. Richards is now beneficially interested in a total of 2,157,264 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr. Bob Corey, the Company's Vice Chairman advised the company that he has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the company for an average price of £4.05. Following the purchase, Mr. Corey is now beneficially interested in a total of 22,170 Ordinary Shares.
Mr. Yeturu Aahlad, a Director, Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of the Company advised the company that he has purchased 6,000 ordinary shares in the company for an average price of £4.05. Following the purchase, Mr. Aahlad is now beneficially interested in a total of 2,477,016 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr. Karl Monaghan, a Director of the Company advised the company that he has purchased 7,000 ordinary shares in the company for an average price of £4.05. Following the purchase, Mr. Monaghan is now beneficially interested in a total of 64,629 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
